Position Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Associate Director in Patient Access Operations, where your leadership will enhance patient experiences and drive innovative support programs within the CNS therapeutic area. This critical role will lead strategic initiatives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and deliver patient-centered solutions. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Patient Access, you will spearhead operational aspects of Patient Access programs, partnering with the Director of Market Access Operations and the Director of Field Reimbursement to ensure effective execution of our access strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the operational backbone for the CNS Patient Access team, leading projects that promote collaboration across multiple departments for effective enhancements.

Oversee the creation and distribution of patient support program materials through various channels, including developing essential training resources.

Align patient services with the company’s broader goals, ensuring consistency and synergy across initiatives.

Enhance process efficiency and program architecture to improve overall program effectiveness.

Coordinate team events and meetings to encourage collaboration and engagement.

Maintain current knowledge of reimbursement landscapes and disease states to provide relevant resources and materials.

Collaborate closely with the Director of Market Access Operations to streamline Access functions for greater efficiency and scalability.

Act as the functional CRM lead, ensuring system integrity and accurate reporting to enhance both field and internal operations.

Support business objectives by being a primary point of contact for reporting on important therapeutic area brands within Patient Access, working alongside Business Analytics and Patient Access leads.

Manage operational processes such as routing Statements of Work (SOWs), tracking budgets, aligning territories, and submitting PRC documentation.

Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, HIPAA, and industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.

5+ years of cross-functional and operational leadership in life sciences or healthcare.

3+ years of direct experience in patient services program operations.

Experience managing operational processes with a strong focus on service delivery is preferred.

Strong analytical, operational, and strategic thinking capabilities.

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to foster cross-functional partnerships aligned with organizational strategy.

In-depth understanding of patient services offerings.

Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Compensation: Minimum $150,034.00 - Maximum $224,250.00, plus incentive opportunities. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, and internal comparisons.
