JOB SUMMARY
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Implementation Specialist focused on collaborating with internal stakeholders to interpret and implement business requirements and processes related to client and product configurations. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing standard and custom benefit coding, along with the installation of new clients and groups. Your expertise will help translate client data into system configurations, including essential data on clients, groups, rates, and commissions.

This role particularly seeks candidates with ZELIS/RedCard experience and the ability to read and interpret coding within the health insurance sector. This is a remote-based position.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct analysis to interpret and assess moderate-to-complex business rules, utilizing data from multiple sources to inform configuration activities.
Translate complex business needs into operational activities to deliver high-quality solutions tailored for clients and plan partners.
Document and implement medium-to-complex product and benefit configuration rules.
Identify, document, and escalate potential risks, data errors, and issues throughout the configuration process.
Contribute to the development of testing plans, scenarios, and documentation to ensure product quality.
Perform both end-to-end and user acceptance testing to validate product quality.
Carry out additional duties as assigned or requested.
EDUCATION
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred
Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Science, or related field
EXPERIENCE
Required
3 - 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
3 - 5 years in business analysis, system analysis, or similar functions involving logical data structures
Preferred
3 - 5 years of experience in health insurance operations, benefits operations, or similar fields
3 - 5 years with client, product, and/or benefits configuration techniques
SKILLS
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills with experience in client interactions
High proficiency in both oral and written communication
Ability to navigate and resolve complex data relationships and discrepancies
Logical and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems effectively
Proficient in understanding and applying business rules and configuration concepts

This is a position that primarily requires working from home. Minimal travel from home to various work sites may occur. There is minimal lifting involved.
Pay Range Minimum: $24.53
Pay Range Maximum: $38.76
The salary is influenced by various factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity among peers.
