Job Overview
As a Branch Manager 3, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience that aligns with U.S. Bank's values. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage branch operations, meeting established goals while ensuring compliance with all relevant banking regulations. In this position, you will coach, mentor, and develop your team, making independent judgments to fulfill necessary duties. You will also assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services that help both individual and business clients achieve their financial objectives. Collaboration with various partners—such as those in wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payment services—will be key to your success.

This role requires S.A.F.E. Act and NMLS registration and involves a minimum of two hours of driving weekly.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Three to four years of experience in a retail management or banking environment.
Preferred Skills:
Bilingual in Somali and English.
Thorough knowledge of banking products and compliance regulations.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating credit requests and identifying market trends.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven success in a retail sales environment.
