Stock Associate - Evening

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are always available on the sales floor. You will excel at moving merchandise from the stockroom to the sales area through effective processes such as shipment management, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. Your passion for AEO Brand Standards, keen merchandising eye, and attention to detail will set you apart. While your primary focus is the stockroom, you are always ready to support your team and assist guests on the sales floor. Most importantly, you embody AEO values by bringing your authentic self to work each day!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Passion for Brand Standards: You are dedicated to keeping products moving efficiently and effectively through timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.

Master of the Stockroom: The stockroom is your domain, and you ensure it operates smoothly and effectively by keeping merchandise, props, marketing materials, and fixtures organized.

Innovative Mindset: You’re always on the lookout for merchandising opportunities and proactively communicate with store leadership to implement improvements.

Team Player: You understand the importance of teamwork and are ready to assist team members with non-stock related tasks or help customers as needed.

Integrity First: You prioritize safety in both the stockroom and on the sales floor, strictly following Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.

YOU’D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF:

You have a genuine love for AE and Aerie products.

You possess strong organization skills, attention to detail, and excel in prioritizing and managing your time.

You have flexible availability; you are ready to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

You have previous experience in a stock-related role; practice makes perfect!
