Primary care!

A Healthcare Management Group is in search of a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to see geriatric patients in an assisted living facility located in Defiance, Ohio. The individual will provide comprehensive nursing and medical care to patients, adhere to organizational standards and policies, demonstrate adequate knowledge, judgment, and technical skills to ensure care plans and facility procedures are met.

Requirements:

Valid NP license in the state of Ohio

Board Certification

Duties will include:

Managing all Primary Care related consults

History and physical exam

Medication review

Prescribe medication and drugs

Check in with patients who have acute issues and establish a follow-up plan

Reach an informed diagnosis based on medical knowledge and the patient's medical history

Schedule:

5 days per week.

Compensation:

Awesome salary ranging between $120,000 - $125,000
