JOB PURPOSE:

Safely perform manual labor duties able to operate equipment such as Forklift to support the warehouse staff of Kalle USA in processing inbound and outbound freight while processing internal and customers’ orders in a prompt and safe manner Will require cross-training on various aspects of warehouse operation and product lines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTONS:

Must be able to meet all safety requirements and applicable safety polices. Review/use safety equipment required for each job.

Multi-task and work with a sense of urgency to ensure operating schedules are met.

Follow schedules and priorities; maintain operating schedules to ensure goals are met.

Review orders, accurately prepare orders to be delivered to correct departments, machines, or customers.

Inspect warehouse work, documentation, ensure work order conformance.

Maintain daily records and reports.

Follow procedures and policies.

Collaborate with different departments in a team effort to further company goals concerning safety, quality, and productivity. Work well with others.

Ensure area and equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized. Store equipment neatly and organized in proper locations.

Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.

Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools.

Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.

Perform other related duties as assigned or directed.
