Role Overview

The Creative Project Manager is responsible for planning, tracking, and delivering creative work across multiple stakeholders while ensuring timelines, quality, and team capacity are balanced.

This role is central to how Creative Services functions day to day. It owns Jira workflows, delivery visibility, and operational discipline across Creative projects. This is not a coordinator role. This is a delivery owner role. Key Responsibilities

Plan and monitor creative project timelines and delivery milestones.

Own Jira workflow maintenance for Creative Projects.

Act as the single source of truth for task status, ownership, and priorities.

Coordinate cross-functionally with Creative, Revenue, Analyst and Product.

Track KPIs, productivity, and delivery metrics.

Manage resource allocation and bandwidth planning.

Oversee pre-production checks and asset quality readiness.

Identify delivery risks early and drive resolution.

Provide clear reporting and visibility to leadership.

Guide and support team members on process and prioritisation Must-Have Qualifications

5–8 years experience as a Creative Project Manager or equivalent role

Strong background in project management and delivery tracking

Proven ability to manage multiple creative workstreams simultaneously

Advanced experience in cross-functional coordination with different

Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and conflict management

Experience mapping operations workflows and information architecture

Strong focus on metrics, dashboards, and delivery visibility

Confident handling client or stakeholder communication in delivery contexts

Expert-level Jira usage, including:

Workflow and board setup

Ticket lifecycle management

Filters, dashboards, and reporting

Enforcing Jira discipline across teams

Strong experience with Confluence for documentation and process clarity

The candidate does not need to be a designer, but must be fluent in creative workflows.

Solid understanding of:

Animation and motion graphics workflows

Asset management and version control

Art direction and quality control standards

Storyboarding and concept development processes

Strong appreciation of:

Graphic design and presentation design workflows

Pre-production checks and asset readiness

Preferred / Differentiators

Experience in ad tech, marketing, or performance-driven creative teams

Familiarity with pre and post-sales or client-driven creative delivery

Experience working with distributed or high-volume creative teams
