Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a full-time cashier to join our team at our Cauayan City, Isabela branch. As a cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments

- Maintain an organized and clean cashier station

- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations

- Adhere to company policies and procedures

- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

Qualifications:

- College Graduate of a four courses related to the job

- Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in using cash registers and other point-of-sale systems

- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays if needed
