About the Roles

Casual Educators

Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences

Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

Work collaboratively with the team across different age groups

Flexible availability to pick up shifts as needed

Lead Educators

Lead a room and guide a team of educators

Plan and implement high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF

Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the team

Ensure compliance with all regulations and centre policies

Mentor and support other educators

What We’re Looking For

A genuine passion for working with children

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS)

For Educators:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)

For Lead Educators:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or higher)

Previous experience leading a room (preferred)

Essential Requirements

Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma (or willingness to obtain/renew)

Full Australian working rights
