Schedule: 4:30 pm to 4:30 am 12 hours-shift 3 days on and 3 days off
Salary: Php 15,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A MONITORING AGENT:
Our Client is searching for a detail-oriented and proactive Monitoring Agent to join our team. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring the safety and security of our clients by keeping a vigilant eye on their fire alarm systems and incident reports. This role requires strong observational skills, quick decision-making, and a commitment to accuracy in a dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities as a Monitoring Agent would be:
Monitoring the Clients software for fire alarm reports
Verifying data, geographic location and other important information and details
Responding to reports within specified time frames
Investigating incidents and checking its validity
Maintaining an activity log and preparing reports
Adhering to company policies and legal regulations
Qualifications as a Monitoring Agent:
College Graduate
Willing to work either on day or night shift schedules.
12 hours shifts (3 days a week and 3 days off intervals)
Outstanding surveillance and observation skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Proficiency in internet search and information gathering.
Ability to exercise good judgment.
Strong reporting skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
