Under the direct supervision of the Finance Manager and other corporate executives, this position provides a receptionist for the corporate office along with administrative and clerical support to the finance department. In addition to greeting visitors and answering the phone, this position includes typing, filing, and scheduling. Performs specific duties such as data entry, record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, and working on special projects. Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.

Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in invoicing and other various data entry tasks
Accounts payable
Invoice reconciliation
Accounts receivable
Collection
Assist in project-driven work assigned by corporate executives
First contact for staffing services
Greet new employees and temporary workers
Communicate with agencies about staffing needs
Report hours to agencies
Organize and schedule appointments
Write and distribute emails, faxes, and other correspondences
Assist in additional non-specific projects and tasks
