Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Step Down/Tele RN to join our team in Natchez, MS. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a step-down unit, focusing on telemetry monitoring and support. You will be an integral part of our healthcare team, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to treatment plans.
Responsibilities
Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry data to identify any changes in condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
Participate in the coordination of patient care activities and evaluate patient responses.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current RN license in the state of Mississippi or pending license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and SAMA are preferred.
Perm address must be more than 50 miles from the facility.
