We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Machine Operator / Forklift Operator. The position will start with general labor duties, providing an opportunity to demonstrate your work ethic, dependability, and aptitude for physical, hands-on tasks. Successful candidates will quickly transition into a Forklift Operator role and receive comprehensive training on operating machinery.Responsibilities
Begin in a General Laborer role to demonstrate work ethic and dependability.
Transition into a Forklift Operator role after proving capability.
Operate forklift and machinery safely and efficiently.
Perform physical labor throughout the shift.
Maintain a friendly and positive attitude while working in a team.
Commit to working significant overtime when required.Essential Skills
Comfortable working outside in a yard environment in all weather conditions.
Strong teamwork skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
Dependability and commitment to daily attendance.
Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior forklift experience is a plus, but not required—training provided.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
