Full Stack Engineer (Angular / Java)

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting Internal Communications initiatives. What You'll Do

Lead the architecture, design, development, and maintenance of web applications using Angular, AngularJS, Spring Boot, Oracle, and Core Java

Drive best practices in software development including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards

Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions

Partner cross-functionally with product owners, design leads, and stakeholders to deliver impactful features on time

Evaluate and integrate front-end technologies to enhance user experience

Champion enterprise tools and AI-driven automation to improve engineering efficiency

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering innovation and continuous learning

Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and scalabilityTechnical Skills & Experience

Strong experience with:

Java

Spring, Spring Boot, Lombok, JUnit, Swagger

Angular, AngularJS

REST & GraphQL APIs

Oracle

Experience with distributed technologies:

Kafka, MQ, Spark

Distributed cloud services

Snowflake

Familiarity with:

C++, Groovy

CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Harness, Ansible, Docker

Solid understanding of DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and the full SDLC

Experience with version control systems and modern development workflowsWhat We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies

Proven leadership experience mentoring and guiding development teams

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Experience supporting internal communications, marketing, or related domains is a plus

Exposure to automation tools and AI-assisted development practices preferred
