Job Title: Field Service Engineer (Filling)

Location: 80% Travel, 95% of travel is Monday - Thursday

Salary: $35-45/hour + ample overtime

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer specializing in filling systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of filling machinery used in the beverages and dairy industries. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients equipment, providing them with expert support and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Install and commission filling machinery and equipment at customer sites.

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various filling systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electro-mechanical and pneumatic systems.

Provide training and support to customers on the operation of filling equipment.

Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machinery performance and reliability.

Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in filling technologies.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role in the filling machinery sector.

Strong knowledge of pneumatics, electro-mechanical systems, and machinery diagnostics.

Experience with equipment used in the beverage, food, or dairy industries.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues effectively.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
