Roles & Responsibilities:

" Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Groovy, Spring, and Spring Boot

" Architect and implement event-driven solutions using Kafka

" Provide hands-on technical leadership and guide engineering teams on best practices and design patterns

" Design, build, and deploy applications on GCP

" Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and system reliability

" Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and drive project delivery

" Review architecture and code to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements

" Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
