Aerotek is hiring 10+ Entry Level CNC Machine Operator Trainees for growing manufacturing operations in Effingham and Teutopolis, IL. Operate and monitor CNC production equipment safely and efficiently
Perform routine quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
Troubleshoot basic machine issues and make minor adjustments as needed
Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and production documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety focused work area
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Utilize CNC equipment including saws, drills, and bandersWhat We’re Looking For
Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC operations
Ability to follow technical instructions and standard work procedures
Strong attention to detail and quality
Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shiftWhat We Offer

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
