Conventional Machining Operator - 2nd Shift

Duties & Responsibilities: * Run several mills at one time as well as perform inspections to ensure material is within specification * Read and understand a drawing and machine parts to specification * Take measurements and make machine adjustments as required to hold tolerances * Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Prior experience running a mill or machining background a plus * Experience with calipers, micrometers, toolmakers microscope * 2 years' experience in direct manufacturing * Must be able to stand for up to 8 to 10 hours per day * Must be able to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds Competitive Pay & Benefits: * $2.00 per hour shift premium * Paid vacation and 11 paid holidays * Medical, dental, life and disability insurance * HSA and FSA accounts * 401k with company matching and profit sharing * Tuition reimbursement
