Controller

Description

The Controller is responsible for overseeing the daily financial operations of the healthcare organization, including accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial records, supervises accounting staff, and supports the CFO in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business is required. CPA or CPA eligibility preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience. Minimum of 3 years of healthcare or hospital accounting experience preferred. Supervisory or management experience required.
