Join us at Ampere and work alongside a passionate and growing team - we'd love to have you apply!

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic Data Portfolio Leader to deliver data and insights as an asset across our business operations. This role will bridge the gap between our complex business operations and our enterprise data platforms and standards. This role will act as the connective tissue between supply chain, manufacturing, sales, finance, and our technical data engineering teams. As a senior leader, you will own the data roadmap, manage the portfolio of analytics and data management projects, and ensure we are solving the highest impact problems across our global fabless semiconductor business.

What You'll Achieve:

Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Management

Own the data and analytics investment portfolio for semiconductor operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and business operations.

Lead the intake, prioritization, budgeting, and resource planning for all roadmap data initiatives.

Establish and enforce data governance, data quality rules, and stewardship within business applications (ERP, PLM, CRM, etc.).

Collaborate deeply with business stakeholders to lead innovation opportunities, shape business direction, understand their pain points and translate them into clear, actionable data roadmaps and requirements.

Act as the primary lead, partnering with Enterprise Data Architecture to ensure solutions align with our overarching business strategy and data platform roadmap.

Communicate complex business requirements to technical teams and explain technical realities to business executives.

Data Engineering Partnership & Execution

Partner with the Enterprise Data Engineering team to define clear business requirements for data ingestion, transformation, and modeling.

Ensure data pipelines built by the platform team meet the specific timeliness, accuracy, and format requirements of the business units.

Drive data quality at the source systems, ensuring data is structured correctly.

Collaborate on data modeling approaches to ensure the resulting data sets serve the business's analytical needs.

Manage the delivery lifecycle of data solutions, ensuring successful user acceptance, training, and adoption.

Analytics, Integration & AI

Partner with business units to translate strategic questions into data solutions that improve yield, lead time, supply chain resiliency, and manufacturing efficiency.

Build and scale a self-service analytics culture across the company through training, community building, and documentation.

Act as the primary lead for business transactions reporting for Enterprise AI. Identify, scope, and quantify high value AI/ML shared services use cases and operationalize the outcomes.

Partner with business units to translate strategic operational questions into concrete reporting metrics that improve yield, lead time, and supply chain resiliency.

Align data standards and views to necessary application integrations and external reporting of the supply chain ecosystem

About You:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Deep understanding of semiconductor or complex manufacturing supply chain operations, ERP systems, and business data flows.

Proven ability to collaborate and aligns business and IT engineering team, translating business needs into technical requirements including establishing standards across business process flows

Exceptional communication skills with a track record of bridging the gap between operational stakeholders and technical teams.

Experience identifying, quantifying, and scoping business use cases for advanced analytics and AI.
