Are you a skilled, experienced construction professional looking to lead and build with purpose? We’re looking for a Master Carpenter to join our team and take charge of high-quality residential and commercial projects from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and oversee a variety of construction projects from start to finish

Interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings

Perform advanced carpentry, masonry, framing, drywall, concrete, and finishing work

Supervise and train junior crew members

Ensure projects meet safety codes, timelines, and quality standards

Maintain a clean and efficient job site

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on construction experience

Deep knowledge of tools, materials, and modern building techniques

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Certifications (OSHA, etc.) are a plus
