Quality Technician 1st Shift

BASIC FUNCTION:

Support Quality Functions in Any of the Production Areas, Including Defect Analysis

Perform Measurements and Part Checks

Record and Analyze Data Collection and Data Entry for Inspected Parts and Quantity of Defects

Perform PDCA Activity in Production Areas

Able to Lead Problem-Solving Activities, Including Whiteboard and Kaizen Activities

Assist with training team members on inspection instructions and defects.

Complete assigned audits thoroughly and on time.

Backup for group lead as necessary. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Basic Computer Skills Such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Basic Documentation Skills

Basic Measurement Skills

Coachable and Positive Attitude

Prompt and Regular Attendance

Able to Work OT on Short Notice
