Description

Provide supervision of residential clients to ensure efficient operations of the residential program according to policies and procedures. The Residential Advisor is responsible for the protection, safeguarding, and securing of assets, personnel and clients at the facility. Providing supervision of residential clients to ensure efficient operations of the residential program according to policies and procedures. Responsible for providing therapeutic assistance and preventing client elopement. Institute appropriate security measures while escorting clients inside and outside the facility.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Completion of all Substance Abuse-related trainings within 90 days of hire.

Must a valid TX Driver's license, travel pr transport may be required

Must obtain TX Food Handlers Certification within 2 weeks of hire.
