Renhill is working with a local company in Tiffin, OH. They are a world-renowned producer of parts for the best automotive brands in the 21st century. We are seeking:

3rd shift Die Maintenance $18.30 HR you will train on 1st for 3-6 months $18.00HR

Brief Job Description: Responsible for assuring all necessary die tooling is maintained and trouble free; maintaining die tooling inventory, assist with investigation and implement process improvements. Responsible for the setup of the die and the press in the compacting area, troubleshooting of machine problems, working with Kaizen to develop processes for increasing die life. Responsible for the tear down, reassembly, cleaning and installation of the dies used in compacting. Stop, Call, Clean as required. Assist compacting operator with the operation of the press and helps trouble shoot for product defects and relieves compacting operator and maintains the work area to 5SA standards

We are looking for someone that is Mechanically inclined, has precision measuring (caliper and micrometers), prior machine operator experience a must, ability to read and interpret blueprints, strong troubleshooting capabilities to resolve quality issues, hard worker, dependable and willing to learn new job skills.
