Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Pay Range: $35-$39 per hour (W2)

We are seeking a "Quality Engineer (CAPA / Supplier Quality)" to join one of our leading healthcare clients.

Job Summary:

The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and performance of components sourced from external suppliers in a regulated (FDA) environment. This role focuses on supplier assessment, incoming inspection, corrective actions, and support for new and existing component introductions.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and qualify new and existing suppliers for quality and manufacturing capability

Develop and maintain incoming inspection procedures and acceptance criteria

Analyze supplier-related defects and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Support supplier change notifications and ongoing supplier communications

Review component specifications and provide quality and manufacturability input

Investigate supplier-related field failures and support root cause analysis

Provide project support and guidance to junior staff as needed

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

2+ years of supplier or quality engineering experience

Strong communication skills

Hands-on experience with CAPA

Experience working in a regulated quality system environment
