Machine Operator â 1st & 2nd Shift (Multiple Openings)

A manufacturing company in the Torrington area is hiring Machine Operators for both 1st and 2nd shift openings. This is a great opportunity for individuals with prior machine operation or manufacturing experience who enjoy hands-on work, consistency, and working in a production environment.

Pay: $17 - $19 per hour based on shift and specific machine operating role

Schedule: Full-time, 1st & 2nd shift availability

What Youâ ll Do

Operate production machinery in a manufacturing setting

Load and unload parts from machines

Inspect parts as they come off machines for quality and defects

Perform basic measurements and visual inspections

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety procedures and production guidelines

Report any machine issues or quality concerns to supervisors

What Weâ re Looking For

Minimum 6 months of machine operating or manufacturing experience

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Strong attention to detail for quality inspection

Reliability and good attendance are essential

Willingness to learn and work in a team environment

Basic math and measurement skills a plus
