Duties and Responsibilities:
-Contacting clients and offering preventive maintenance service
-Maintain a database of clients
-Maintain a calendar of clients subject to preventive maintenance
-Coordinate product maintenance projects with project coordinators
Qualifications:
-An educational background in business management or equivalent
-Work experience in administrative and clerical work is preferred
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
