We are seeking a high-energy, personable, and self-driven Warehouse Associate, Forklift Operator, and Local Delivery Driver to join our precision machine shop in Orange County, CA. This role supports our operations by handling warehousing, forklift operations, and local deliveries across Southern California (Orange County, Inland Empire, and Los Angeles County areas). The ideal candidate is disciplined, reliable, hard-working, and an excellent communicator with experience in warehousing, handling precision machine parts, shipping/receiving, and delivery.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Load and unload materials from delivery trucks using a forklift or cart

Organize warehouse daily to maintain efficiency and order

Carefully clean and package precision machined parts for outside processing

Perform local deliveries in Southern California (OC, IE, LA County areas)

Maintain received materials with correct identification (traceability by job)

Clean warehouse and grounds, and maintain company vehicles

Assist shop staff with cleaning and maintaining machines

Requirements/Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Clean driving record (valid Driver’s License required)

Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity

Strong work ethic and ability to manage time, projects, and conflict independently and with a team

Excellent communication skills (visual, written, oral) with strong, energetic presentation abilities

Ability to influence across multiple cross-functional areas

Demonstrate ability in both attitudinal and behavioral components of consumer behavior

Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, load/unload vehicles, and sit or stand for long periods
