Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Facilities Support Coordinator to join their team!
This position is located in Columbus, Ohio.
Duties:Respond to and manage facility work orders through a centralized management system, phone, and emailEnsure timely processing of requests in accordance with service level expectationsReview, assess, and categorize incoming work orders for proper handlingCommunicate directly with site managers to gather details and provide troubleshooting supportCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve maintenance issuesMonitor multiple service queues and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impactIdentify and resolve issues within the work order tracking systemSchedule preventative maintenance, warranty services, and other facility-related activitiesProvide training and guidance to users on submitting and managing work orders Desired Skills/Experience:High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in customer service, administrative support, or similar roleFamiliarity with maintenance or work order management systemsKnowledge of operations or equipment in a service-based environmentInterest in continuous learning and professional development Benefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $21.00 and $30.00.
