Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join a busy and growing service team in Columbus. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, with the intention of converting the right candidate to a permanent employee after the probationary period.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, though candidates should have some flexibility for occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends if needed.

Job Responsibilities
As a Client Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting customers and coordinating service operations.
Responsibilities include:
• Coordinating service requests and scheduling appointments
• Communicating with customers regarding services and appointments
• Supporting sales and service teams with administrative tasks
• Maintaining accurate client records and account information
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Assisting with basic account collections and payment follow-ups
• Keeping schedules organized to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:
• Have strong customer service and communication skills
• Be organized and detail-oriented
• Be comfortable working with computers and office software
• Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Work well independently and as part of a team
Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to sit, stand, and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs
• Basic office and computer skills
Pay Details: $17.25 per hour
