Talent Acquisition Specialist (Healthcare)

We’re partnering with a leading healthcare organization in the Greater Waterbury area that is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to their team. This is a highly visible role supporting critical hiring initiatives across both clinical and operational teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own full-cycle recruitment across a mix of clinical and non-clinical roles
Partner directly with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
Lead recruiting efforts for high-demand clinical roles including nursing and allied health
Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent through creative sourcing strategies
Manage the full interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning and hiring trends
Track recruiting activity and contribute to improving time-to-fill and hiring outcomes
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Prior experience recruiting within healthcare or clinical environments strongly preferred
Experience hiring for roles such as:
RNs, LPNs
Medical Assistants, Technicians, Therapists
Physicians or Advanced Practice Providers (a plus)
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-moving, high-demand environment
Strong communication skills and confidence working with hiring managers
