工場に隣接するため 基本は出社勤務です 在宅勤務制度あり 状況に応じて利用可

業務内容 Role Responsibilities & Purpose

空調製品に使用するコンプレッサー用 磁石 モーターの部品 の調達業務を担当いただきます

主な業務

QCD 市況情報 取引情報に基づくサプライヤーとの価格交渉

値上げ要請の精査および抑制交渉

残材 廃盤品への発注など社内外の在庫調整

サプライヤーとの取引条件交渉および関係構築

工場のデリバリー状況や市況データの分析

海外取引先 国内とアジア圏 との価格交渉 発注手配

担当カテゴリーは経験に応じて決定

富士 工場配属

必須条件 MUST

5年以上の Direct 調達経験 部材 原材料 部品などの購買経験

契約書 取引条件の内容を理解できる 日本語能力 N1レベル

社内外との調整力 交渉力 設計部門 製造部門との折衝を含む

データ分析力 市況 供給状況 原材料価格など

富士市に居住可能な方

勤務形態 原則出社 工場密接業務のため

出張 国内年2回程度 海外は年1回あるかどうか アジア圏

Role Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet production and project requirement

Responsible in managing the relationship with suppliers for all commercial issues

Able to perform cost analysis and select best supplier to meet the product requirement.

Perform cost reduction, VA/VE activities etc. to achieve KPIs set by management such as the material cost reduction target

To be able to implement supply management strategies and activities such as VMI, JIT, EDI capabilities, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in procurement.

Capable of using Microsoft office tools, including relevant MRP experience, SAP/ERP is a required skill

good communication and engagement skills, both written and oral/interpersonal
