ABOUT THE JOB

As the Account Payable Manager, you will lead the end to end AP operations across three legal entities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoice processing and vendor payments. You will guide and develop the AP team, work closely with internal stakeholders, and uphold strong internal controls in a high volume, fast moving operational environment.

This role requires strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, business partnering capability, and the agility to drive process improvements.

JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT

Drive the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of MBI’s Purchase to Pay (PtP) process by leading a reliable AP operation, safeguarding financial controls, and delivering stable month end closing. You will play a critical role in supportingour new ERP go live, including UAT, data validation, and process redesign, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term system stability.

By combining operational excellence, leadership, and digital mindset, you will enable clean AP balances, strong vendor relationships, improved working capital, and an efficient, compliant finance environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the full accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, resolving issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

Lead and develop a high-performing AP team, driving continuous improvement and accountability.

Prepare and analyze AP reports and present findings to senior management.

Drive process improvements using technology such as Power BI and data mining tools (Celonis).

Support tax and treasury teams with cash flow forecasting and audits related to the Purchase-to-Pay (PtP) process.

CANDIDATE CRITERIA

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or PtP operations, including supervisory experience.

Experience in managing AP modules, with knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.

Proven stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills.

Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and ability to manage high transaction volumes.

Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
