Seeking an Administrative Assistant for small office in Hernando. Qualified candidate must be experienced in accounts payable/accounts receivables.
Responsibilities:
Standard office duties -- answer phone, filing, sort mail, typing correspondence
Maintaining Calendar
Greet clients and receive incoming payments
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Accounts Payable and Receivable a must
Qualifications:
Previous experience office experience
Previous experience in accounts receivables/payables
Must understand and be able to reconcile bank statements
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
