Location: Montgomery, AL Shifts Available: 1st Shift and 2nd Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 5–6 days per week (Overtime required)

Job Summary

We are hiring dependable Material Handlers / Order Preparation Team Members to support warehouse and logistics operations in Montgomery, AL. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate excellent attendance, punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities

· Prepare and sequence orders accurately for delivery.

· Move materials using picking carts, trolleys, and material handling equipment.

· Ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately and on time.

· Follow all safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Maintain clean and organized work areas (5S standards).

· Use handheld scanners and logistics systems when required.

· Report shortages, damaged materials, or operational issues to Team Leaders.

· Assist with other warehouse and material handling duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Strong attendance and punctuality are required.

· Reliable transportation and the ability to report to work consistently.

· Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 5–6 days per week.

· Willingness to work overtime when required.

· Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.

· Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.

· Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

· Warehouse experience

· Material handling

· Order preparation / order picking

· Forklift or tugger operation

· Logistics or distribution center work

Pay & Advancement

· Starting Pay: $13.00 per hour
