Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a humanitarian nonprofit organization seeking a Billing Manager focused on government funding.

About the Organization Seeking a Billing Manager:

Founded over 50 years ago, this organization has a rich history of focusing on underserved populations in Boston

They have adapted through several public health crises over the years and always focus on patients first

Growing from $12M in revenue to almost $40M, they are working to scale their operations to match their initiatives

This position reports to the Controller and oversees the work of 3 employees

Responsibilities of the Billing Manager:

Submitting billing invoices for state and local funders

Overseeing the work of 2 accountants, as it is related to billing processes

Tracking budgets and reporting to department leaders

Cross-training to cover other finance department functions

Background Expected of the Billing Manager:

BS in Accounting or experience equivalent (+4 years)

3+ years of experience in a billing or finance management role

Experience in a nonprofit environment highly preferred Salary Range:

$60,000 - 80,000
