A leading construction organization is hiring several Assistant Project Managers to support a high-profile data center project in Central Ohio. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real project experience, work alongside experienced leaders, and help deliver large-scale construction from the ground up.
You do not need deep construction experience. We are looking for motivated, organized, and driven individuals who want to learn how complex projects get built and grow into future leaders.

What You’ll Do
You will work directly with Project Managers and field teams to help plan, coordinate, and execute a large construction project from start to finish.
Support day-to-day project operations and coordination
Help track schedules, costs, and project progress
Assist with documentation, reporting, and project communication
Work closely with field teams, vendors, and project partners
Participate in planning and coordination meetings
Learn how major construction projects are delivered from pre-construction through completion
Gain exposure to real project decision-making and execution
This is a highly collaborative role with strong mentorship and development.
