This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real project experience, work alongside experienced leaders, and help deliver large-scale construction from the ground up.

You do not need deep construction experience. We are looking for motivated, organized, and driven individuals who want to learn how complex projects get built and grow into future leaders.

If you enjoy fast-paced environments, solving problems, and seeing tangible results from your work, this role provides a strong entry point into the construction industry.

You will work directly with Project Managers and field teams to help plan, coordinate, and execute a large construction project from start to finish.

Support day-to-day project operations and coordination

Help track schedules, costs, and project progress

Assist with documentation, reporting, and project communication

Work closely with field teams, vendors, and project partners

Participate in planning and coordination meetings

Learn how major construction projects are delivered from pre-construction through completion

Gain exposure to real project decision-making and execution

This is a highly collaborative role with strong mentorship and development.

Who This Role Is Great For

Early-career professionals looking to accelerate their careers or break into construction or project management

Recent graduates in business, engineering, construction, or related fields

Individuals from operations, manufacturing, military, logistics, or technical environments

Candidates who enjoy hands-on work and problem solving

Organized, detail-oriented individuals who want real responsibility early in their career

Any prior construction trade experience is a plus, but not required.

What You Bring

Strong work ethic and desire to learn

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities

Clear communication and team mindset

Interest in working on-site and being close to project activity

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required for strong candidates

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

Work on a high-profile data center project shaping critical infrastructure

Gain hands-on experience early in your career

Learn directly from experienced project leaders

Clear path into long-term construction and project leadership roles

Stable organization with a strong track record of developing talent

Fast-paced environment where you see the impact of your work every day
