We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Manager to lead FINANCE transformations leveraging AI-driven forecasting, automation, and modern ERP capabilities. This role blends deep finance expertise, hands-on D365 experience, and leadership to deliver high-impact outcomes for clients.
What You'll Do
Lead and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Finance implementations, embedding AI-driven forecasting, analytics, and automation
Serve as a finance domain lead, guiding design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
Advise clients on best practices across core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, reporting)
Facilitate business process reviews and translate requirements into scalable D365 solutions
Design solutions that consider cross-functional impacts (supply chain, manufacturing, projects)
Recommend and integrate ISV and intelligent automation solutions where appropriate
Resolve complex finance and system issues through structured analysis and solutioning
Lead and mentor project teams while fostering adoption of emerging AI capabilities
Build trusted client relationships as a finance and transformation advisor
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field
3-5 years of Microsoft consulting experience with 2-4 full-cycle D365 F&SCM (or AX) implementations
Strong finance and accounting domain expertise with hands-on configuration experience
Experience with Power Platform, PPAC, BPM/RSAT, and Azure DevOps
Working knowledge of AI applications in finance (forecasting, analytics, automation)
Microsoft certifications (MB-310 preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel up to 50%
If residing in Canada, must be a Canadian citizen to qualify for a TN visa and travel to the U.S.
The estimated base salary (U.S.) for this job is $145,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $166,750- $212,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
