Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Site Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. The ideal candidate will assist with project documentation, procurement, quality control, and coordination between field and office teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards.

Job Description

Assist Project Manager in coordinating all project activities and communications

Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts

Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

Monitor project schedules and budgets, and help identify and mitigate risks

Conduct site visits to support quality control and ensure work complies with plans

Maintain organized project files and logs (RFIs, submittals, drawings, meeting minutes)

Support material procurement and delivery coordination

Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting notes

Assist with project close-out including punch lists, warranties, and as-built documentation

Required Skills and Competencies

Licensed Civil Engineer

10 years of construction project experience in infrastructure

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations

Proficiency with project management and construction software (e.g. MS Project, AutoCAD)

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and construction documents

COSH Certification is a plus

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites
