Currently, we are seeking an AI Application Development Manager to become a vital part of our Digital Nexus Technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications using .NET Core, C#, Python, and modern frameworks.
Integrate solutions with cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud, and lead troubleshooting efforts for operational issues and performance optimizations.
Create Agents for API and application interactions using A2A and MCP techniques, ensuring robust system integration.
Collaborate with architects to produce solution designs and maintain technical documentation.
Set and enforce coding standards through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); promote best practices in DevOps and MLOps.
Investigate emerging technologies, recommend optimal solutions and architectures, and present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
At least five years of overall technology experience, with a minimum of two years in implementing AI platforms and solutions that drive significant business impact. Practical experience with Python and cloud-based AI services on platforms like Azure AI and Google AI.
A degree from an accredited university is preferred; a minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
Experience in full-stack development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, C#, and TypeScript.
Strong familiarity with Azure AI stack, AKS, API development, and DevOps practices.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, BASH, YAML, and automation testing.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks, agent-based development, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
