The E-Commerce Manager will lead efforts to continue to increase sales and grow its customer base by providing a high-level ecommerce strategic oversight. The E-Commerce Manager will define, design and lead the implementation of new ecommerce capabilities and campaigns.

Major Responsibilities

• Oversight of all digital marketing activities across all digital channels: Affiliate Marketing, Display, Email, SEM, SEO, Social Media, and PR/POI Outreach

• Ownership of the budget and forecast; set, manage and profitably scale the most effective marketing mix

• Liaison and primary point of contact for the website; manage 3rd party vendors, build marketing partnerships and organize the internal eCommerce team

• Create performance metrics to measure success and conduct analysis to determine compliance

• Excellent business acumen to support senior management, focusing on cross-functional projects and P&L reporting for the site

• Define, propose, scope, execute and test all web enhancement projects for the site

• Identify, plan and execute operational improvements to ensure a top level of customer satisfaction

• Oversight of website content, inclusive of managing product listings

• Continuously identify new areas of ecommerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking

Education & Experience

• Undergrad degree in business, marketing or related discipline. MBA Preferred.

• 3+ Years of management experience, preferably in eCommerce or a related field


• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to navigate well in ambiguity

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills in order to quickly and effectively identify business needs and solutions; point person for technical expertise related to eCommerce

• Proficiency working in Microsoft Excel and MySQL

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple concurrent assignments

• Well organized, result orientated and able to work with tight deadlines and fixed budgets

• Familiarity with Google (Webmaster, Analytics, AdWords, Merchant, Tag Manager)
