Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise receiving, counting, and checking of merchandise based in delivery documents (PO, BST, SIS). Report any discrepancies or damages to the Store Manager and Inventory Controller. Ensure proper handling, storage, and withdrawal of all merchandise. Monitor security and proper maintenance of stock cards. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times. Implement and monitor safety, security, and fire prevention measures in line with company policies. Prevent loss, damage, and pilferage of merchandise. Submit all necessary warehouse documents to the Accounting Department. Assist the Store Manager in supervising warehouse personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field. At least 2 years of Supervisory experience in receiving, dispatching and inventory control procedures Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in inventory management systems. Knowledgeable in warehouse safety and best operational practices. Willing to work in fast-paced retail environment. Willing to be assigned in SM City Cauayan
