Ensures growth and profitability of the company by: Providing quality customer and employee support services Guarantees operational efficiency and optimal performance of staff inside the store through selling Accurate counter and treasury operations Effective supervisions of store's transactions Constant monitoring, reordering and transferring of stocks Proactive team management and development Consistent in reporting sales to management Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivery of store targets and standards by planning, coordinating, controlling and directing selling operations/functions in the assigned store.

Responsible for the over-all supervision and administration of branch personnel.

Oversees the store operation including counter, warehouse and customer service
