Role Overview
This dynamic position involves managing rental accounts and delivering exceptional service. You'll play a crucial role in driving account performance, building strong customer relationships, and adhering to our company values and mission.
Key Responsibilities
Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts with a focus on strong customer relationships.
Handle early-stage collections and consistently meet collection standards.
Utilize account management tools to maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups as part of assigned routes.
Provide top-notch customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers' homes.
Drive sales growth by generating new rental agreements.
Safely transport, install, and manage merchandise.
Ensure showroom standards and vehicle maintenance are upheld.
Follow all safety and operational guidelines set by the company.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
Physical Requirements
Able to lift and move heavy merchandise.
Must be able to drive a box truck.
Capable of standing and driving for extended periods.
Schedule & Work Environment
Full-time position, Monday through Saturday.
Enjoy Sundays off plus one additional weekday.
Position involves physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing.
