Residential Construction Project Coordinator

We're looking for a full-time Construction Project Coordinator to provide vital support to our team by managing administrative tasks, assisting with estimating, coordinating with subcontractors, and integrating our purchase order system with BuilderTrend. Construction experience is preferred but not required enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence are a must.

Key Responsibilities:
Create construction contracts through Buildertrend
Assist in preparing estimates and coordinating with vendors to streamline operations.
Create and oversee the purchase order system
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring smooth project flow
Prepare, edit, and organize project documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
Prepare and review bid requests & change orders
Review and update project budgets
Coordinate all customer selections & specifications and communicate to onsite team
Contract and permitting administrative work as needed
Ordering and tracking selections and communicating with team for scheduling
Prepare Pre-Construction documents
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Coordinator or in a similar administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Quickbooks.
Familiarity with project management software like Buildertrend
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Computer savvy, organized, and tech-proficient.
Compensation:
Full Time
$60k - $70k based on experience
