Experienced Spa Front Desk Coordinator and Assistant to Owner

Work hours are based on our schedule and are between 10 - 20 hours/week.

We are looking for an experienced spa front desk coordinator to work hand in hand with the owner who embraces and supports our vision and purpose of serving our guests in the most ethical, respectful and caring way. We imagine someone who is kindhearted, honest, friendly, focused and a strong multi-tasker, outgoing and sensitive to the needs of our guests. Understanding and experience of living a healthy lifestyle, relaxation and stress relief is important for this position. Experience or knowledge about salt therapy is a plus.

This position requires experience in the spa and wellness industry and scheduling software. Please only apply if you have previous experience in this field.

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to

- all front-end responsibilities

- checking our guests in and out, getting guests situated and coordinating spa packages

- making reservations and explaining our services,- giving introductions,

- learning about our unique services and educating our guests,

- opening and closing procedures as well as keeping our spa clean, etc.

- working independently

We are looking for an individual who

- is exceptionally friendly, honest, kind, grounded, mature and calm

- is focused and has multitasking skills,

- has experience with scheduling software,

- is computer literate,

- has service-oriented customer skills and a desire to be part of a harmonious small team

- has some marketing experience

During training, pay is $14/hour. After completion of training, pay will be $20/hour.

We specialize in salt therapy, massages, frequency and other therapeutic and relaxation services.

We are a small family-owned spa and our team members work closely together, so the right fit is very important to us.
