Project Specialist - Client Support - Columbus, OH
DISHER is currently partnering with a global service supply chain leader specializing in mission-critical, post-sales solutions for hardware and technology companies. In this role, you will serve as the operational liaison for key clients, leading end to end execution of client requested projects across local and off site facilities. You will coordinate cross functional teams, analyze data to anticipate and resolve logistics issues, and ensure all deliverables meet agreed service levels and timelines. You will translate client needs into clear action plans, maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, and continuously improve processes to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Manage and execute client-requested projects across local and off-site locations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects, maintaining organization and focus across all workstreams

Adapt to diverse environments, cultures, and shifting organizational needs.What will make you successful:
2-5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, business, or related field preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint
Proven project management experience, with particular emphasis on facility startups and relocations
Proven experience in account support, service delivery, or operational program coordination within logistics, supply chain, or after-market services
Demonstrated ability to independently coordinate cross-functional activities and support SLA performance
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable
Ability to regularly work flexible and extended hours and travel up to 15%
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients
