Job Description

Position Description: Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Poughkeepsie, NY. The pay rate for this position will be $21 per hour.

Key responsibilities are as follows:

\tActing as the primary contact between customer and client

\tCreating and maintaining a database for unique contractual requirements

\tHandling a high volume of incoming calls

\tScheduling and managing meetings to resolve customer issues

In order to be successful in this role, the Customer Service Representative must have:

\t1-2 years' experience in a Customer Service Representative role

\tAbility to multi-task and work well under pressure

\tStrong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
