Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Buyeer to manage purchase orders, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate product replenishment to ensure continuous supply for company operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, vendor coordination, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

2–3 years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Logistics.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.

Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.

Bilingual preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage purchase orders.

Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure product availability.

Coordinate with local and international suppliers.

Track purchase order status and update system records.

Coordinate product replenishment and urgent orders when needed.

Manage special orders and coordinate shipments to customers.

Support warehouse operations and annual inventory processes.

Assist with returns, transfers, and supplier communication.

Participate in training and other operational activities as needed.
