We are searching for a Chief Operating Officer who will oversee a region of long-term care facilities in Southern California. The successful candidate will focus on forming strategic referral relationships, census development, labor controls, and driving business in the region day-to-day. We are looking for a candidate with a verifiable track record of success in long term care.

Requirements:

• Valid Nursing Home Administrators License

• Multi-facility SNF leadership experience required (Skilled Nursing Facility)

• Quality census mix management
